Eric Pettigrew
President & CEO
Eric is a highly accomplished politician with eighteen years of experience in the Washington State legislature. He served as the Democratic Majority Caucus Chair for ten years and was recognized as an effective and bipartisan leader. Eric's legislative initiatives focused on reducing costs and increasing revenues in the automotive, agriculture, distribution, and aerospace industries. He also played a crucial role in securing a $3.2 billion tax exemption for global aircraft manufacturers.
In addition to his political career, Eric has extensive experience in healthcare insurance, property and casualty insurance, community engagement, and political strategy. He has received numerous awards and commendations for his work and has served on various boards, including the United Way of King County and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, an MSW, and a Business Certification. He is married to Nicole, has three adult children, and enjoys being a grandparent and spending time with his two dogs, Piper and Peanut.

Nicole is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with 20+ years of experience in strategic development and implementation. She has successfully planned and executed strategies for Fortune 50 and small companies throughout the Northwest. Nicole's expertise lies in driving business operations and community initiatives to achieve growth objectives.
Sam Snow
Legislative Relations Coordinator
Sam is an emerging professional pursuing her Master of Public Administration. She has a BA in International Political Economy and professional experience within the food security and childcare spaces. In her spare time, Sam plays electric bass and tuba in two bands, sings with Olympia Musical Theater, and loves keeping up with newly released movies and albums.

With a strong commitment to public service and uplifting marginalized populations, Brad brings a wealth of experience working with numerous nonprofits in King County. He holds a degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, where he focused on driving systemic change through collective action, compassion, and integrity. Brad's passion for justice and equity fuels his dedication to fostering representation and mentorship for the next generation.
Throughout his career, Brad has excelled in various roles, including Development & Communications Manager at TeamChild and Community Engagement Manager at YouthCare. His background also includes significant contributions to the Alliance for Gun Responsibility as a DEIA Liaison, where he championed diversity, equity, and inclusion, and co-founded the organization’s first Black Chapter Team to center culturally responsive approaches to gun violence prevention.
In his free time, Brad enjoys hiking with close friends on sunny days or relaxing by the water. When possible, he loves traveling outside of Washington to chase the sunshine during the gloomier months. During the rainy season, he can often be found indoors, cozied up with his Siamese cat, Honey.
